Wins over Manning and Macleay means the Port Macquarie-based team will play Manning in the final on January 31.
The Manning victory was dominant at Andrews Park, Wauchope, in the afternoon.
Hastings passed Manning's 96 after losing just three wickets.
Ethan Hyde made 39 and Liam Coelho hit a quick-fire 30 at the end of the innings.
Ryan McMahon was 19 not out when the total was passed.
Earlier, Jesse Schmidt snared 3-15 from four overs.
Nick Bartlett's 2-12 was the next best bowling performance.
Hastings captain Josh Hyde looked forward to taking on Manning in the final of the competition.
"It will be a very tough contest down there," he said.
Some choice words from the opposition aimed at one Hastings player could set the scene for a sledge-filled encounter.
Hastings rolled Macleay by eight wickets in the first match of the day thanks to some great work with the ball.
The locals were told to bowl, and it was the perfect example of a good toss to lose.
Hastings bowlers were miserly, restricting Macleay to just 85 in 19 overs.
Bartlett and Andrew Murrell had identical figures - 2-14 from four overs - with the new cherry.
Liam Coelho chipped in with 2-1 from one over, and Ben Woodward, Chris Cole and captain Josh Hyde bagged single wickets.
Hyde was thrilled with the bowling efforts.
"It was pretty tight, disciplined," he said.
Ethan Hyde top scored with 38 in his team's reply. Ryan McMahon (27 not out) and Nathan Lyon (four not out) were at the crease when Hastings passed the total.
Cole produced one of his typically quick innings. It went single, six and then out.
